Due to the growth in the communication industry, CBIS needed to expand its Lake Mary operations. This equired a 200,000 SF expansion of its existing 150,000 SF facility.  The 350,000 SF now serves as the company’s corporate headquarters, training facility and call center for its Florida Operations.   The complex is designed for future expansion to include a third 150,000 SF office building and 950-car parking garage.
