The Education and Human Services Building will be a stunning new addition to the University of North Florida campus. The entrance will be an inviting passageway for students and the public - beckoning passersby to enter the 107,000 SF facility which will house teaching labs, offices, auditoriums, meeting space and support space for the university’s program to educate tomorrow’s teachers to be superior leaders and educators. The design capitalizes on Florida’s abundance of sunlight. By inviting an influx of natural light, the building will exude an open and illuminated ambiance. Privacy and confidentiality will exist in and between offices and classrooms that are designed to contain louder “active instruction” and noise.
