Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. designed a 15-story, 48-unit residential facility with a 3-story, 94 car parking garage, and an on-site swimming pool, to be located in downtown  Orlando’s thriving Lake Eola district. The condo tower design speaks to the area’s energy as an uptown residential area and boutique commercial district with a clean, modern look.   The tower will overlook Lake Eola and the city skyline, providing a stunning downtown living experience.
