The resort develpment is anticipated to include 2,000 - 3,000 residential units, 3,000 cars in structured parking, an aquarium and supporting approximately 80,000 SF of commercial / retail space. The master plan includes:

• Two 40-story, 4-5 Star, flagged condo hotels
• Three 30-story condo hotels
• Tower expansion to the Plaza Hotel
