Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is providing master planning and architectural design for the new Plus One Building to be located in the heart of Downtown Orlando on the corner of Orange and Livingston.  The 26-story building will house 11,260 SF of retail/restaurant, a seven-story parking garage accommodating approximately 500 vehicles, office space totaling 84,400 SF and 128 residential units.
