Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. worked collaboratively with HKS, on the design and construction of Lincoln Property’s 16-story, 253,000 GSF speculative office building with an integrated 500-car parking structure.

Lincoln Property Company wanted to create a distinct architectural presence and at the same time tie this building into its context. This was accomplished through the design expression and materials, particularly at the buildings base which shares its counterpart tower’s Texas Pink granite, concrete colors and black awnings. The corner tower was crowned with a pyramid echoing the neighboring SunTrust buildings’ pyramid feature - which also adds extra height to Lincoln Plaza’s prominent corner position.
