A 12,000 SF health club and spa will provide health and relaxation diversions.  Adding to the one-stop living of the address is 45,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, 10,000 SF dedicated to the arts, and an 11-story, 1,072-car parking garage, as well as a pool and parking deck. 55 West is one of the most highly-anticipated projects in Metro Orlando. It’s considered to be a key project in the revival of the city’s hub.
