Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is providing architectural design for the new Orlando Utilities Commission administrative office in downtown Orlando. The nine-story, 274,900 SF corporate office building will have 127,000 SF of office space and will provide 400 parking spaces. The building is anticipated to be awarded LEED Gold Certification upon completion.
